A Network of Women in cocoa & chocolate

Women in Cocoa and Chocolate (WINCC) is an independent network, active since 2016, working to strengthen gender equity in governance and decision-making across the cocoa and chocolate sector.

​

As the sector faces growing complexity from climate pressure, regulation and supply constraints, diverse perspectives and strong leadership are essential. Yet women remain underrepresented in many decision-making roles. More women in the mix brings collaboration, innovation and long term resilience for the cocoa and chocolate industry. 

​

Real change requires allies. Men are essential in driving this shift forward as leaders, mentors and supporters. 

​
